Let's see. The economy is cruising in high gear. The stock market hit its second highest closing mark ever today. And OPEC decided not to get together for a "Republican Vote Suppression Council" and raise oil prices. So, what exactly are the Democrats going to run on in November?
They're constantly telling me the voter, me the consumer, how unhappy I am.
I don't feel unhappy...
I don't feel angry at Congress, although I would like to see better border security.
I don't hate Bush, although Michael Moore, Rosie O'Donnell, Keith Blabberman, and the Flyover Brigate keep telling me I should.
Now that my only weekly reminder of possible discontent (gas prices) is letting up a bit, I find myself getting back to the real issue facing our times: 1.3 Billion people of a fairly militant faith (come on, there are no Muslim moderates, at least none that ever speak up) with a sizable portion who want to kill me and everyone else in America. And the Democrats wonder why I don't want to vote my pocketbook (not that I trust them having their hands in my wallet anyways). I guess Reagan was right about the whole "Supply Side Economics" thing. I just don't expect the media to say anything about it.
